Meghan and Nathan – Grand Rapids Wedding Photography

On July 19, Kai and I photographed Meghan and Nathan’s wedding. Two years ago, we photographed her sister, Lindsay’s, wedding.

It was relaxing for us to work with familiar people. Meghan and Nathan make a beautiful couple and were so easy for us to photograph!

We had more than enough time to take pictures which also made things go extremely smoothly.

We had an awesome day with Meghan and Nathan and wish them nothing but the best!

Jenn and Eric’s Slideshow – Grand Rapids Wedding Photography

Back in May, Kai and I photographed Jenn and Eric’s wedding. I never made a post about it because we started the blog a little while after their pictures were completed.
Well, lately I’ve been on a slideshow kick and I decided to make them one while I was keeping Kai company in the office.

Kai and I are taking our one year anniversary trip this weekend! We’ll spend two nights in the Upper Penninsula while we explore Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and then are heading to Mackinac Island for a night in the Grand Hotel. We both really looking forward to a short break before diving into the fall wedding season head first. It’s bound to be a hectic autumn – but I’m glad I’m not heading back to school this year. What a relief!

Emily’s Senior Pictures – Grand Rapids Portrait Photography

I’m back to update with some recent senior pictures! Emily is a senior at Caledonia this year. Kai and I photographed her senior portraits in mid-August. I was excited to be able to go along this time! It’s so interesting to get a couple perspectives, even on portrait work. We took Emily’s photos in downtown Grand Rapids and at Hoffmaster State Park.

Neena’s Senior Pictures – Grand Rapids Portrait Photography

Well, it’s getting to be that time of year again – we’re in the midst of senior picture season!

Here is my FIRST senior blog post … many more to come.

Kai photographed Neena a couple of weeks ago in downtown Grand Rapids and at Hoffmaster State Park.

I loved looking through her pictures with Kai. She is a beautiful girl! Of course being a hairstylist, I love, love, LOVE her red hair.

We have many more seniors and weddings in the works right now. Be looking for a new post soon!
This is certainly a busy time of year for us and I think we’re both looking forward to everything slowing down come late fall … but I’m really going to miss this weather. Today was perfect.
