Cara and Drew – Grand Rapids Engagement Photography

Cara and Drew are getting married in two weeks in Vermont, and we are so excited to photograph the event! They were in town last weekend for their engagement session. This was the first time we met them in person and we clicked right away!

Our morning with these two started at our house where I styled Cara’s hair and applied her make up. From there, we went to one of our favorite nature settings for their session.

Stephanie and Matt – Detroit Engagement Photography

We headed over to the Detroit area a couple of weeks ago to shoot Stephanie and Matt’s engagement session. We haven’t spent a lot of time there so they did a little bit of scouting before. They nailed it! The polish of their attire contrasted so well with the industrial edge of the city. For a little variety we headed to Belle Isle afterwards. The light was beautiful and photographing Stephanie and Matt was a breeze.

We had a wonderful time photographing and getting to know Stephanie and Matt. Their wedding next August will be a blast!

Riley Deem – Grand Rapids Senior Portrait Photography

Riley was a joy to photograph. She is a free spirit so a natural setting was perfect for her session. She also kept the session fun and lighthearted through her carefree personality. We captured many pictures of her making goofy faces, and we reserve the right to use them as blackmail.

Grant Aussicker – Grand Rapids Senior Portrait Photography

I had a great time working with Grant at his senior portrait session. We’ve had a lot of female senior sessions this year and it was nice to change it up a bit. Grant was super relaxed and took direction like a pro.

We first got to know his family when his sister Rachel booked us for her wedding back in 2010. You can check out Rachel and Lance’s engagement preview here.
