Emily and Terry – Chautauqua New York Wedding Photography

We were fortunate enough to do some travelling for weddings this fall! Emily and Terry’s wedding took place in lovely Chautauqua, NY. The ceremony was held at the Chautauqua Institution, and the reception was in a tent on the beautiful property at Terry’s family cabin.

This was a very memorable wedding for me. All brides are happy on their wedding day but Emily truly glowed. I don’t think she stopped smiling all day long! This is even more impressive considering it was 45 degrees and raining – AND the entire wedding was outside. It was such a joy shooting Emily and Terry’s big day and I have no doubt they will keep each other smiling forever!

Rachel and Lance – Grand Rapids Wedding Photography

We have had an awesome experience working with Rachel and Lance. We shot their engagement photos, Rachel’s dress fitting, and then their wedding. These two are a beautiful couple who are also so in love! Rachel was stunning in her mother’s wedding gown for the ceremony, and then equally as stunning in her reception dress. While sorting through the images from the wedding, I was struck with how classy Rachel acted and looked on her wedding day. I really think that her personality and relationship with Lance and her family shine through these pictures.

Jamie and Joe – Lansing Wedding Photography

Jamie and Joe were married in Lansing this fall. This wedding was an awesome event to shoot because everyone involved was relaxed and, most importantly, happy. It was so evident that Jamie and Joe are perfect for each other and were so excited to get married. They both spent laid back mornings with their bridal party while they got ready and enjoyed each other’s company. The day never felt rushed, and I think that reflected on Jamie and Joe’s easy going personalities!

Dianna and John – Grand Haven Wedding Photography

Dianna and John were married on a gorgeous day in September. The weather was perfect for their partially outdoor reception which took place at the yacht club! Dianna and John both live in Colorado, so they integrated the state into their decor. With a pair of vintage skis as a guest book and Colorado chocolates as favors, they successfully brought Colorado to Michigan in an effortless way.
